Yes. If you’re staying at a hotel while going to an event and want them delivered there, please tell us:
- The hotel’s full address, including the postcode
- Your arrival date or the reservation number and the booking name.
Please note: if you’ve updated your address details on your account online this won’t have changed the delivery address for tickets you’ve already bought. Please tell us about a change of address so we can let your ticket seller know before they post your tickets.
How can I change my delivery address?
As long as your tickets haven’t already been dispatched, you can change the delivery address. Complete a new address form here.
Please make sure someone will be at the address as your tickets may need to be signed for.
If you're providing an address that's not your own (e.g. a hotel, work or a friend), please let them know you're expecting a delivery so that the tickets can be safely accepted.
