While we continue to develop our website and add new features, you may find there are a small number of tickets that can’t currently be resold on Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Resale. We’re working hard to change this, so do keep checking back with us.
Resale not available?
You may find there are a small number of tickets that can’t currently be resold on Ticketmaster Resale. These include festival tickets purchased on a payment plan/deposit scheme and some theatre shows such as Magic Mike and Harry Potter.
Also, tickets purchased initially as a Fan-to-Fan Resale ticket cannot be resold.
If this is the case, you will see a "resale not available" message instead of the "sell" button.
You will also see this message if the event is only a few days away as we turn off the "sell" button with a few days to go because we won't have time to process the sale.
Tickets not showing in your account?
Only tickets that show in your Ticketmaster account can be sold on Ticketmaster Resale.
If you have made a booking over the phone, unfortunately these tickets won't show in your account so you won't be able to list them for Resale.
Similarly, any tickets booked through one of our partner sites, such as Ticketmaster Theatre or Ticketweb will not show in your Ticketmaster account and therefore you will not be able to list these for Resale.
