If you’ve bought Resale tickets for an event that’s then cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, we will contact you by email letting you know and with instructions on what to do next.
If the event is cancelled, you will automatically be refunded. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, we will send you an email discussing your options.
If you’ve already got the tickets for a cancelled, postponed or rescheduled event, keep them safe – you might have to send them back so we can process a refund.
