If you’re not in to accept delivery on the first attempt, UPS will sometimes deliver your tickets to a local UPS access point (usually a local shop). They should leave a card letting you know where you can pick them up from. You can then collect them without having to wait for UPS to rearrange delivery.
You can track your delivery using the tracking number we sent you in your original dispatch email.
The UPS scheme isn’t active in every area, so it’s really important that you give us a secure delivery address to ensure you get your tickets safely and to avoid any delays.
