When your payment has been processed, we will email you letting you know. It will then take 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
Remember that payment is made into the bank account you gave us at the time of listing and not to the card used to make the initial purchase.
The payment reference that will appear on your statement say Adyen and not Ticketmaster.
If you don't see the payment 5 working days after receiving the email please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
