Bought Resale Tickets on our Ticket Exchange?....
When will I receive my tickets?
Because you’ve bought tickets that are being resold, we have to give the seller time to receive them from their place of purchase, then send them on to you.
Some event organisers don’t send out tickets until the week of the event, so you may not get your tickets until a few days before the event. We can’t speed up the dispatch process, however the latest you should receive them is around 5 days before the event.
How will I receive my tickets?
We'll send you an email to let you know how your tickets will arrive.
Posted tickets are usually sent by Royal Mail or UPS.
Please make sure someone is available to take delivery as tickets may need to be signed for.
E-tickets are tickets that you print at home on A4 paper. Once the tickets are ready, we'll email them to you, ready for you to print.
Sometimes tickets are available for Box Office Collection. If this is the case, we'll let you know.
Can I choose how I will receive my tickets? Unfortunately not, but keep an eye on your emails as we’ll email you to let you know how to expect your tickets once this is confirmed.
I am travelling to the event, can I change the delivery address?
We’ll try to get your tickets sent as early as possible, so we’d suggest waiting until closer to your travel date before changing your address.
If you haven’t got your tickets one week before you travel, or you won’t be at your delivery address to sign for them, let us know your new address details here
Once tickets are dispatched we have no way of getting them back.
Please note: if you’ve updated your address details on your account online this won’t have changed the delivery address for tickets you’ve already bought. Please tell us about a change of address so we can let your ticket seller know before they post your tickets.
If you’re staying at a hotel and want them delivered there, please tell us:
- The hotel’s full address, including the postcode
- Your arrival date or the reservation number and the booking name.
If you're providing an address that's not your own (e.g. a hotel, work or a friend), please make sure you tell them you’re expecting a delivery so that the tickets can be signed for and kept safe.
Sold tickets on our Ticket Exchange?....
How should I send my tickets to the buyer?
Please follow the instructions in the email we sent to you.
If you're still unsure, contact us here and one of our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
Does my buyer know I am still waiting on my tickets?
We let our buyers know that they might not get their tickets until quite close to the event – or if there’s a delay with their tickets.
Occasionally, tickets can be released as late as the week of the event. If you don't have your tickets a week before the event, please get in touch with us here. We’ll do our best to make sure your buyer gets their tickets in good time.
Can I list tickets on Ticket Exchange if I’m outside of the UK?
In order to sell tickets from our Ticket Exchange you must hold a UK bank account in your name, unfortunately at the moment we’re unable to accept listings from non UK account holders.
How will I get paid for my sale?
When you list tickets for sale you are asked for a UK bank account where payment can be made. We process your payment around 10-12 business days after the event or show has taken place.
