As soon as we get word from the event organiser that an event is cancelled, we will notify you by email.
If an event is cancelled entirely, your sale will be cancelled and if you have not been paid for your sale, we will automatically refund you, so there is no need to get in touch.
If you’ve already received payment, then no further refund will be due.
Any unsold tickets will be automatically refunded.
If the event you have sold for is postponed and the buyer still wishes to attend, you will get paid 10-12 working days from the new date. We can't make payment any sooner unfortunately, but if the buyer can't make the new date, we may be able to cancel the sale and offer you a refund. We will be in touch by email if this happens.
