If the ticket(s) sell and are available for us to reissue, you won’t need to do a thing. We’ll simply reissue them to the buyer.
However, not all tickets can be reissued. If you’ve already received them then you might have to send them directly to the buyer. We’ll send an email if that’s the case and this will let you know how to send the ticket(s) to your buyer and where to find the buyers address.
If you need to post the tickets we’ll usually ask you to use a trackable service like Royal Mail Special delivery and it’s important you upload the tracking number as soon as possible, otherwise you may not receive payment for the sale
To send your tickets:
1) Login to Your Account and click View Resale Orders under My Tickets. You can then select the order to access the buyer’s delivery address.
2) Send the tickets via Royal Mail Special Delivery from your nearest post office.
You’ll initially have to pay for the cost of this service, but don’t worry this cost will be reimbursed when you receive payment for your order.
3) Enter the tracking number on the order in your account. You’ll need to enter the tracking number before any deadline provided to you.
Important – if your buyer’s delivery address is not in the UK please do not dispatch. Instead contact us on the email below so we can request a UK address from your buyer.
