Before payment can be issued, our payment provider Adyen Marketpay perform checks to authenticate the information provided at the time of listing. In this way, we are preventing potential fraudulent behaviour.
If they encounter any errors when making these checks, in line with Ayden Marketpay’s “KYC” (Know Your Customer) requirements, we may ask you for some documentation in order to verify the information provided. If that’s the case we’ll email you from email@example.com or from our Ticket Exchange Support email (given in the contact email) to let you know what’s needed.
Please be assured that any documents you provide will only be used to verify your information and then immediately deleted.
