Tickets usually remain on sale until 3 business days before the event – they’re removed at this time so that we can make sure there is enough time for them to reach a buyer in time for the event.
We’ll send you an email if your tickets sell, but all sellers are advised to monitor their listings by logging in to your account at any time to view any sales or listings. If you want to remove any unsold ticket before the expiry date you can also do that from your account
Any tickets that don’t sell remain yours to use as you wish. But we can’t make payment for any tickets that haven’t sold.
